About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for agent-related communications, ensuring timely push/pull of operational and commercial information
- Assist in developing and executing detailed action plans across the agent network
- Monitor agent compliance regarding pricing submissions, SOPs, and required documentation
- Maintain and update agent contact databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate with internal Trade, Pricing, and Sales teams to align agent activities with regional strategies
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in handling FCL, LCL, NVOCC, or agent network management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
