Responsibilities

• Manage the daily creation of new composition references, including sourcing necessary materials and ensuring feasibility
• Develop and maintain accurate operating procedures and photographic documentation
• Ensure the reliability of operating procedures by proactively updating and optimizing them
• Monitor nomenclature changes to proactively adjust operating procedures
• Support project management and the deployment of continuous improvement culture within the distribution center
• Propose and implement process simplifications and improvements to machinery and quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in creating and managing new composition references
• Proven ability to maintain and optimize operational procedures
• Experience supporting project management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong ability to propose process simplifications and operational improvements
