Agent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of Sub Agents and Engineers to deliver works in line with design specifications and project timescales
• Support the implementation of Health & Safety policies and quality assurance processes
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes to effectively plan and monitor site activities
• Manage project costs through effective resource planning and material procurement
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering or a construction related field
• Working towards chartered status with ICE or CIOB
• Knowledge of engineering management systems and quality processes used in civil engineering
• Strong commercial awareness and professional communication skills
• Ability to complete a BPSS Security Check
