Agent Freight Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction through accurate processing of export and import flight documentation
• Perform administration duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of import and export freight
• Manage domestic and international freight documentation

Requirements

• Ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster including night shifts
• Sound data entry skills and high attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification
• Open Driver's licence and ability to obtain an Air-side Driver's Licence
• Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cargo terminal or logistics environment
• Previous face-to-face customer service experience
