Agent Exploitation usines (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Operate drinking water and sanitation facilities, ensuring process control and proper functionality
• Perform first-level maintenance on electromechanical equipment such as pumps, drives, and gear motors
• Identify, diagnose, and repair technical faults or escalate issues to management
• Conduct daily process monitoring, water sampling, and self-monitoring analysis
• Execute new construction projects or rehabilitation works on-site
• Maintain accurate operational traceability using professional IT tools and provide regular reporting
• Participate in the on-call rotation (approximately one shift per month)
• Ensure the cleanliness of installations and strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols

Requirements

• BAC+2 degree in Water Management or a related field
• Professional experience in the water and sanitation sector
• Knowledge of electromechanical maintenance
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B)
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
