Agent Experience Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own Reducto's agent-facing surfaces including CLI, MCP server, and SDKs
• Build integrations into platforms, frameworks, and toolchains where agents live
• Improve Python and TypeScript SDKs for intuitive human and agent use
• Instrument and measure agent adoption and usage metrics
• Reduce integration friction through documentation and API design
• Stay on the frontier of evolving agentic tooling and protocols

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills
• Deep fluency in AI agent frameworks, MCP servers, or LLM tool-use patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Experience building developer SDKs, CLIs, or API tooling
• Familiarity with the AI agent ecosystem (MCP, Claude Code, OpenAI Agents SDK)
