Agent Experience Designer, Voice

Responsibilities

• Shape and scale high-quality voice experiences across a global portfolio of AI agents
• Evaluate and iterate on voices across multiple providers and languages to ensure naturalness
• Create and maintain structured evaluation frameworks to assess voice performance and interaction quality
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to resolve quality gaps
• Co-create agent personas and interaction patterns to support intentional agent experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years in voice/AI experience design, conversation design, or applied linguistics
• Experience creating repeatable evaluation frameworks like rubrics or test suites
• Ability to operate across many languages and bring structure to ambiguous priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with speech synthesis and conversational agents
• Expertise with global language families
• Background in linguistics, sound editing, or music
