Agent Experience Designer, Voice

Responsibilities

• Drive multilingual launches in EMEA by owning voice readiness across a portfolio of customers
• Run voice selection and improvement loops by evaluating providers, models, and voices
• Conduct scalable voice design and selection sessions for strategic customers
• Create regional best practices for text normalization, language families, and cultural norms
• Partner with Voice Engineering to triage and resolve voice issues quickly

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in experience or conversation design
• Strong multilingual instincts across English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, or Nordic languages
• Ability to manage multiple customer contexts simultaneously
• Confidence working directly with customer stakeholders in co-creation settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with speech synthesis and conversational agents
• Deep expertise in EMEA language families
• Familiarity with provider and voice evaluation
• Background in linguistics, sound editing, or music
• Experience creating playbooks, training, or internal tooling
