Agent Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship AI products from 0 to 1 for the world's largest financial institutions
• Work across the full agent stack, including evaluation, observability, and multi-agent orchestration
• Implement durable graph-based workflow execution and context engineering
• Navigate different levels of abstraction, from prompt-level craft to system-level architecture
• Collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, and customers to deliver high-stakes software

Requirements

• Experience with AI development frameworks and techniques (Evaluation, Observability, Multi-agent Orchestration)
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience with context engineering and durable graph-based workflow execution
• Experience working with distributed systems
• Background as an ex-founder or an early engineer at a startup
