Agent Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy security-focused AI agents that reason over large datasets and handle complex workflows
• Lead technical delivery for customers, including data ingestion, transformation pipelines, and workflow design
• Experiment with and integrate cutting-edge text, voice, and multi-modal models into production
• Work directly with customer security teams to integrate agents with their existing tools and processes
• Translate field insights into platform improvements and new capabilities
• Debug deep in the stack to ensure enterprise-grade reliability and performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Strong skills in asynchronous programming and building robust data integrations
• Strong debugging and systems thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical contexts
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take end-to-end ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-modal AI models
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or security operations
• Familiarity with large-scale data ingestion and real-time processing pipelines
