Agent Development Strategist

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers and take ownership of overall account success and health
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and develop long-term strategic partnerships
• Define roadmaps for successful AI adoption based on customer business objectives
• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of conversational AI agents
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions
• Lead multiple high-impact and complex agent development initiatives simultaneously

Requirements

• Outstanding Japanese verbal and written communication skills for enterprise settings
• Client-facing consulting experience in AI, digital transformation, or business strategy
• Proven ability to lead proof-of-concepts (POCs)
• Strong understanding of software development, product management, and engineering principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Business-level English communication skills
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents in production
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• MBA or experience at the intersection of technology and operations
