Agent Deployment Architect, Payor Integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of payor engagements during pre-sales and post-sales cycles
• Serve as the primary technical resource for payor organizations regarding features and use cases
• Provide expert guidance in claims processing, coverage determinations, and population health initiatives
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, clinical, and sales teams to drive product enhancements
• Develop tooling and playbooks to automate pre-sales activities for payor clients
• Navigate complex data integrations including EHR, CRM, ERP, and interoperability standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management
• Minimum 5 years of experience integrating platforms using APIs
• Familiarity with healthcare data models
• Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships
• Proficiency in translating stakeholder needs into internal product requirements
• Experience partnering with engineers to deliver product features

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and debug Python
• Start-up experience
• Experience integrating with ancillary healthcare modules such as CRMs, pop health systems, or ERPs
