Agent Deployment Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead on client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization
• Act as the bridge between the engineering team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations
• Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs
• Own the technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting
• Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering
• Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, etc.)
• Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and vaccinations

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and comfort with debugging and writing scripts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data practices
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and high velocity
