Responsibilities

• Perform waste sorting operations to separate recyclable materials from residues intended for incineration or landfill
• Execute versatile tasks including machine operation, cleaning, cabin sorting, and operating baling presses
• Follow specific workshop operating procedures to ensure maximum production quality and maintain work cadence
• Maintain and clean workstations and equipment, including sorting tools and machinery
• Conduct first-level maintenance on equipment such as heavy machinery and baling presses
• Adhere to strict health, safety, and environmental protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Monitor and report any anomalies, incidents, or degraded sorting situations to the team leader

Requirements

• Proven experience in waste sorting or waste management
• Strong skills in recycling and material recovery processes
• Experience operating heavy machinery or industrial equipment
• Ability to perform first-level machine maintenance
• Demonstrated autonomy, dynamism, and a strong team spirit
• Rigorous approach to work with a focus on reactivity and field-based operations
