About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure fire safety prevention and protection of people and property
- Operate the security control room and maintain incident logs
- Manage fire alarms, verification, evacuation, and first-response actions
- Monitor safety systems and equipment, including SSI, CMSI, DAS, BAES, smoke control, and fire hoses
- Conduct safety rounds, support emergency services, and oversee external works and permits
- Lead operational security teams and produce accurate reports
Requirements
- Valid SSIAP 2 certification
- SST training
- Knowledge of ERP/IGH fire safety regulations and evacuation procedures
- Experience with security systems and emergency response
- Strong leadership, rigor, composure, and report writing skills
