About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to production operators to ensure smooth assembly line operations
  • Manage assembly phases for G7500 and A220 programs, anticipating associated risks
  • Create and manage repair sequences (OMP) and manufacturing ranges without deviations
  • Support production in executing repair work and modifying manufacturing orders
  • Communicate change requests to series preparers and update technical data sheets
  • Monitor work completed at the end of assembly to ensure efficient file division for finalization
  • Ensure all daily tasks comply with health and safety standards

Requirements

  • DEC or University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or aeronautical manufacturing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in methods/industrialization
  • Proven experience in the aerospace sector, specifically in medium-series production support
  • Strong knowledge of assembly processes and tooling characteristics
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
  • Proficiency in aeronautical standards and manufacturing sequences
  • Mastery of tolerancing principles and dimension chains
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and Catia V5
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of elementary parts
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
