Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operational teams, including handlers and forklift operators
• Plan human and material resources based on flow forecasts and activity peaks
• Lead daily briefings and optimize logistics operations within your sector
• Monitor stock availability and supervise the flow of goods
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, service quality, and established procedures
• Track performance indicators, analyze results, and implement corrective actions
• Propose continuous improvement plans for logistics processes
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene procedures in the warehouse

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management and coordination
• Expertise in distribution logistics (experience in receiving, storage, or shipping is a plus)
• Proficiency with IT tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• CACES R489 certification (categories 1A, 1B, 3, 5, and/or 6) is preferred
