Agent de maintenance

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards
• Use technical skills to improve line and system performance to meet business targets
• Execute standard work processes using AM and progressive maintenance (PM) standards
• Ensure safety processes are strictly observed and quality assurance activities are performed
• Take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, and breakdown elimination
• Contribute to the reduction of stops and loss analysis to meet safety, quality, cost, and sustainability targets

Requirements

• Experience in machine operations and the use of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) tools
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards for operating industrial machinery
• Ability to read and write and be fluently conversant in the local language of communication
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse work environment
• Knowledge of total productive maintenance methodologies is a distinct advantage
