Agent de Liaison

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with empathy to create a trusting experience.
• Listen to client needs, anticipate requirements, and communicate relevant information.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct internal and external stakeholders appropriately.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups to ensure rapid service.
• Manage the Service Center email inbox and perform necessary follow-ups.
• Document claim files clearly and concisely, transcribing conversations and actions taken.
• Schedule appointments for the Service Center using specialized software.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, including the waiting room and coffee station.
• Monitor office supply inventory and notify the Operational Coordinator of needs.
• Collaborate professionally with adjusters, repair shops, and policyholders.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within a bilingual environment (French/English).
• Ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Dorval, Quebec, 5 days a week (35 hours/week).
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM) if required.
• Willingness to wear a company uniform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive bodywork and mechanics.
• Knowledge of property and casualty insurance.
