Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide travelers at the Paris Pershing bus station
• Advise customers and promote FlixBus services and travel offers
• Manage bus departures and arrivals in coordination with drivers and the operations team
• Handle sales, refunds, and cash management
• Support passengers during network disruptions or delays
• Monitor and report service issues such as delays or incidents
• Utilize digital tools to facilitate station operations and passenger reception

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal ease
• Proficiency with digital tools and comfort working in the field
• Experience in sales or cash management
• Ability to remain calm and resistant to stress in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, sales, tourism, or transportation
