Agent, Asset Protection

Responsibilities

• Execute asset protection initiatives and shortage reduction programs across 2-6 assigned store locations
• Conduct routine physical security and operational audits focusing on safety, compliance, and stockroom organization
• Perform surveillance using CCTV and floor techniques to deter and apprehend theft in accordance with company policy
• Lead investigations into internal loss and Organized Retail Crime (ORC) in partnership with law enforcement
• Provide in-person and remote support to store management to meet strategic asset protection objectives
• Participate in store associate training regarding approved asset protection procedures and workshops
• Maintain professional relationships with store leaders, mall security, and local law enforcement
• Optimize inventory accuracy through management of physical inventories and OMNI compliance

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Asset Protection or a relevant retail setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company guidelines
• Ability to work nights, evenings, and weekends based on business needs
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation
