Agent AOG/Support & Services

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic interface for customers and service centers, providing real-time updates on AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders and material availability.
• Analyze and activate emergency logistical solutions, such as part transfers, purchases, or identifying alternative components to meet critical deadlines.
• Coordinate internal flows with departments including Warranty, Warehouse, Transport, Planning, and Technical Support to accelerate reception, preparation, and shipping.
• Manage and maintain accurate logistics and customer data within SAP and Salesforce systems.
• Prepare logistics performance meetings and draft weekly activity reports for Customer Logistics Managers and clients.

Requirements

• Several years of field experience in warehouse logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven experience within the aeronautical or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential for multicultural collaboration.
• Strong customer service orientation, agility in handling unforeseen situations, and the ability to work autonomously.
