Agent - Air Export Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers regarding air export shipments.
• Handle air export shipment bookings through various communication channels and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Provide freight quotes and ensure all required data is entered accurately into the ETMS system.
• Monitor shipment uplift and transit to ensure timely arrival and proactively communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations.
• Obtain rate approvals and manage specific customer SOPs to ensure 100% compliance and satisfaction.
• Build strong business rapport with customers and prepare necessary reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum tertiary education.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in logistics or air export.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to operate email effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Must currently reside in Singapore.
