About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the onboarding process for new agents to ensure a smooth and personalized experience
- Lead weekly group onboarding sessions for new agent cohorts
- Conduct 1:1 check-in calls with new agents during their first 90 days
- Track and manage agent learning outcomes and onboarding milestones
- Provide support and resolve agent issues regarding technology, workflows, and expectations
- Utilize internal AI tools and proprietary technology to create efficiencies
- Contribute to the enhancement of the onboarding roadmap based on feedback
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, training, or administrative support
- Experience leading small groups or training sessions in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRMs, digital platforms, and AI-driven tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work full-time (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5P) from within the United States
- Real estate experience is a plus
