Responsibilities

• Actively recruit and schedule clinical research participants via telephone and internal tools
• Provide inbound support via telephone and WhatsApp to resolve doubts, complaints, and scheduling needs
• Register new participants into the system
• Complete departmental control spreadsheets and forms
• Monitor participant inclusion in studies to ensure necessary targets are met
• Provide reception support, including answering questions and scheduling participants

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino Médio completo)
• Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proactivity, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in active or inbound telemarketing
