Agency Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting products monthly
• Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel
• Host daily and weekly training webinars
• Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents
• Troubleshoot and resolve agent issues
• Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation based on agency feedback
• Work across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years training or sales experience
• Gifted trainer with experience presenting to large groups
• Minimum of 3 years insurance experience (P&C background preferred)
• Extremely tech-savvy with ability to leverage data and technology
• Ability to handle responsibilities with limited oversight
