Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for appointed agents to build trust-based relationships
• Manage proactive outbound call cadences to share product updates and identify issues
• Handle inbound agent calls regarding products, submissions, underwriting, and commissions
• Define and track success metrics for agent retention, engagement, and production
• Synthesize agent feedback into actionable insights for product and operations teams
• Collaborate with underwriting and partnerships to resolve agent issues
• Support the development of agent-facing enablement materials

Requirements

• Relationship-first mentality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work comfortably on the phone and in writing
• Highly organized and accountable with strong follow-through
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity
• Prior experience in customer-facing, account management, or support roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, insurtech, or financial services
• Familiarity with independent agents, brokers, or distribution channels
• Background in customer success, inside sales, or relationship management
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment
