Agency Success Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting products monthly
• Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel
• Host daily and weekly training webinars
• Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents
• Troubleshoot and resolve agent issues

Requirements

• Minimum two years of training or sales experience
• Extremely tech savvy with ability to leverage data and technology
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight
• Experience presenting to large groups
