Agency Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support offering processes and pricing by preparing calculations for electricity and gas
• Manage settlements of contracts obtained by agents, including verifying documentation and commissions
• Provide operational and substantive support to the agency network, resolving issues and providing product information
• Manage CRM data, ensuring correct document flow and information updates
• Collaborate with the Agency Sales Team and other departments to optimize partner service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or B2B customer service
• Experience in indirect sales models (agency or partner-based) is preferred
• Higher education in business, economics, administration, energy, or management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for working with numbers and reports
• Practical experience with CRM systems
• Fluent Polish and good business English
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy sector
• Experience in commercial process coordination
