Agency Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support offer and pricing processes by creating electricity and gas calculations for clients
• Manage settlements and administration of agreements and contracts obtained by agents
• Provide substantive and process support to the agency network to solve operational problems
• Manage CRM system data, ensuring correct flow of documents and information
• Cooperate with Sales and other departments to optimize operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or B2B customer service
• Experience with indirect sales models (agency or partner networks) preferred
• Experience in the energy sector is desirable
• Higher education in business, economics, administration, energy, or management
• Proficient in MS Excel for reports and valuations
• Practical experience with CRM systems
• Fluent Polish and good English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in energy sector coordination
• Experience in managing partner networks
