Agency Sales Manager – Branding

Responsibilities

• Lead branding-focused sales initiatives for the UK market, with a primary focus on CTV solutions.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with major UK media agencies and relevant brand partners.
• Identify new opportunities within agency networks and introduce Xapads’ branding solutions effectively.
• Develop tailored brand proposals and innovative campaign ideas aligned with client objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from pitching and onboarding to campaign delivery coordination and billing support.
• Track market trends and share insights to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Opportunistically capture mobile performance budgets to grow overall revenue where applicable.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably within UK agency networks.
• Strong understanding of branding products, specifically CTV, DOOH, Rich Media, and premium digital placements.
• Well-established relationships across key UK agency groups.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced situations and craft custom brand solutions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of performance marketing, including MMPs, attribution models, and mobile ad formats.
• Prior experience in Mobile Performance sales.
