Responsibilities

• Manage home care requests: evaluate needs, develop support plans, and follow up on requests
• Propose suitable caregivers based on beneficiary needs
• Manage intervention schedules for caregivers
• Supervise services to ensure quality and satisfaction for beneficiaries and their families
• Build and maintain relationships with local health and medico-social professionals
• Provide precise reporting to the agency manager
• Participate in the recruitment of caregivers
• Supervise and ensure the retention of caregivers
• Manage a Sector Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services
• Experience working with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
• Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
• High autonomy, adaptability, and organizational skills
• Ability and desire to work in a team
• Field-oriented mindset with strong operational involvement
• Proficiency with digital tools
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
