Agency Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform or supervise technical studies and coordinate works
• Ensure quality of execution, budget monitoring, and financial results
• Manage the preparation of tender files
• Optimize studies and construction sites in terms of scheduling and profitability
• Ensure consistency of monthly invoicing and monitor unpaid invoices
• Manage agency budgets, turnover, and results
• Lead technical meetings and participate in subcontractor selection
• Supervise, assist, and lead teams in collaboration with Management
