Agency Manager

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs at the homes of beneficiaries and develop personalized support plans
• Propose suitable caregivers in collaboration with the sector coordinator
• Conduct regular quality visits to supervise services and ensure beneficiary satisfaction
• Prospect and maintain relationships with healthcare and medico-social professionals in the Dieppe area
• Perform prospect follow-ups and provide precise reporting to the zone manager

Requirements

• Minimum Bac + 2 degree in the sanitary or medico-social sectors
• Successful first professional experience in an equivalent role
• Strong knowledge of the private and/or public health sector
• Active network of prescribing partners in the Dieppe region (indispensable)
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and commitment skills
