Agency Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop the network of prescribing partners and raise awareness regarding home care for people losing autonomy
• Grow the agency's presence and ensure long-term sustainability in the Brest sector
• Prospect via telephone and physical visits to build a commercial opportunity portfolio
• Evaluate the needs of prospects at home and develop care plans
• Supervise services to ensure quality and beneficiary satisfaction
• Coordinate with sector coordinators and HR to propose suitable caregivers

Requirements

• Experience in business development and managing medico-social partner networks
• Successful professional experience in the medico-social sector
• Level 5 diploma (BTS, DUT, DEUST, or professional title)
• Active local network of prescribers
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) indispensable
• Proficiency in prospecting and negotiation techniques
