Kinougarde is the leader in home childcare, providing solutions to parents and nannies looking for childcare services.
Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio
- Manage and support nannies
- Process nanny applications
- Act as a consultant for at least 50% of the time
- Analyze agency indicators
- Organize recruitment
- Manage, train, and recruit to strengthen the team
- Perform regular reporting to the regional manager
- Develop the agency commercially
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Strong telephone presence
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Dynamic and good listening skills
- Desire for a sedentary commercial role
