Kinougarde is a leader in home childcare, providing solutions to parents and nannies looking for childcare services.
Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Organize and conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare assignments
- Support nannies throughout the duration of their service
- Provide regular reporting to the regional manager
- Develop and retain a client portfolio by convincing families to use the service
- Support families throughout the childcare period
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Strong telephone presence and communication skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Dynamic personality with strong listening skills
- Interest in a sedentary commercial role
