Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local health and medico-social professionals
- Provide accurate reporting of actions to the agency manager
- Manage home care requests: assess needs, develop support plans, and follow up on requests
- Propose suitable caregivers based on beneficiary needs
- Manage caregiver intervention schedules
- Supervise services to ensure quality and satisfaction for beneficiaries and their families
- Participate in the recruitment of caregivers
- Provide supervision and ensure caregiver retention
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
- Degree (BTS, Master, etc.) or training in personal services, health, or social sectors
- Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
- High autonomy, adaptability, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability and desire to work in a team
- Field-oriented mindset with strong operational involvement
- Proficiency with digital tools
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
