Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with local health and medico-social professionals
• Report activities accurately to the agency manager
• Manage home care requests: evaluate needs, develop support plans, and follow up on requests
• Propose suitable caregivers based on beneficiary needs
• Manage caregiver intervention schedules
• Supervise services to ensure quality and satisfaction for beneficiaries and their families
• Participate in the recruitment of caregivers
• Supervise and ensure the retention of caregivers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
• Or a degree (BTS, Master...) in personal services, health, or social sectors
• Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
• High autonomy, adaptability, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability and desire to work in a team
• Operational and field-oriented mindset with strong commitment
• Proficiency with digital tools
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
