Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with local health and medico-social professionals
- Report activities accurately to the agency manager
- Manage home care requests: evaluate needs, develop support plans, and follow up on requests
- Propose suitable caregivers based on beneficiary needs
- Manage caregiver intervention schedules
- Supervise services to ensure quality and satisfaction for beneficiaries and their families
- Participate in the recruitment of caregivers
- Supervise and ensure the retention of caregivers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
- Or a degree (BTS, Master...) in personal services, health, or social sectors
- Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
- High autonomy, adaptability, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability and desire to work in a team
- Operational and field-oriented mindset with strong commitment
- Proficiency with digital tools
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
