About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate needs at beneficiaries' homes and develop personalized support plans
- Propose suitable caregivers in collaboration with the sector coordinator
- Conduct regular quality visits to supervise services and ensure satisfaction
- Follow up with prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and medico-social professionals
- Provide accurate reporting to the zone manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +2 degree in sanitary or medico-social sectors
- Successful first professional experience in an equivalent role
- Strong understanding of the private and/or public health sector
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
