Responsibilities
- Manage the agency's budget, including turnover, profitability, and quality reporting
- Drive commercial development by opening new client accounts and conquering new markets
- Manage tenders in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Proposal teams
- Oversee the execution of studies and multi-disciplinary projects
- Coordinate human and technical resources and ensure project planning
- Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate teams to foster professional growth
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Team/Activity Manager, Project Director, or Sales Manager
- Experience within process industries
- Proven leadership and ability to unite teams
- Strong commercial and strategic vision
- Operational rigor in business management, deadlines, and budget control
- Fluency in English
