Agency Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial development and profitability of the profit center through prospecting, negotiation, and client loyalty
• Propose personalized solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and apprenticeship
• Monitor and animate KPIs to ensure business performance
• Develop partnerships with local employment and training stakeholders
• Supervise candidate pool management, including sourcing strategies and training
• Manage and develop a team of 8 employees to achieve performance and engagement goals

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven field sales experience, ideally in B2B
• Strategic vision and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead and grow a professional team

• Fixed salary between €32,000 and €38,000 per year
