Responsibilities
- Develop the agency commercially
- Manage a client portfolio
- Manage, support, and recruit home care assistants
- Process applications for home care assistants
- Analyze agency performance indicators
- Train and manage the team
- Provide regular reporting to the regional manager
Requirements
- Bac +3 / Bac + 5 degree (Licence, Master)
- Proven experience in commercial development or personal services
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge of social action financial aid is ideal
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Rigorous, organized, and adaptable
- Autonomous with initiative
