Agency Loan Servicing Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios.
• Address complex escalated customer requests and transactions with professional recommendations.
• Act as Team Lead by assisting with workload management, resource forecasting, quality control, and coaching team members.
• Prepare customer notifications and billings, including processing loan advances, payments, and wire transfers.
• Monitor collateral positions, financial exceptions, and ensure all records are maintained properly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute servicing requests and deliver on business objectives.
• Identify business needs and develop tools, training programs, and process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and support the implementation of vendor solutions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in loan servicing or a related financial field.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, processes, and regulatory controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard desktop applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead in a fast-paced environment.
