Agency Lead

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and priorities to maximize the impact of Snapchat’s advertiser solutions through global agencies
• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities across various agency departments
• Manage the financial performance of assigned agencies to ensure annual and quarterly targets are met
• Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for agency partners
• Develop and deliver scaled education and programming across media, digital, and strategic planning disciplines
• Conduct formal business reviews with agency leadership and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers
• Track revenue performance across US and international markets to determine corrective measures

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
• 12+ years of experience in business development, media sales, marketing, or online advertising
• Proven track record of growing revenue through the development of long-term partnerships
• Extensive experience working directly with executive-level contacts

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct agency management experience at a similar technology or media company
• Experience in a sales or commission-based role serving advertising agencies
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and matrixed organizational environment
• Strong ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into plain language for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to build C-level relationships with a strong market reputation
