Responsibilities

  • Own and activate a defined book of business spanning holding company and independent agency relationships
  • Identify and prioritize net new target agencies based on brand portfolio fit
  • Build and execute structured outreach strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AppMagic, and Sensor Tower
  • Multithread across agency organizations, building relationships with investment, activation, strategy, and leadership
  • Represent RZR at key industry conferences, events, and agency summits
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records in HubSpot, including contacts, activities, and pipeline stages
  • Collaborate with Growth Leads to ensure smooth onboarding of new agency accounts

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in agency partnerships, agency sales, or business development within ad tech, mobile, or digital media
  • Demonstrated track record of building pipeline and closing revenue through agency channels
  • Deep understanding of media agency structures including holding companies, independent agencies, and trading desks
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales intelligence platforms
  • Hunter mentality focused on pipeline creation and new logo acquisition
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal structure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with mobile measurement, programmatic buying, or app marketing ecosystems
  • Experience using AppMagic or Sensor Tower for prospect research
  • Existing relationships within major holding company agencies (WPP, Publicis, IPG, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas)
  • Strong network within the local independent agency community
  • Prior experience at a mobile-first ad tech company or DSP
