Agency Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and consult with agencies to drive overall revenue growth
• Expedite onboarding processes and increase agency onboarding efficiency
• Provide ongoing support to agencies including campaign optimization and data analysis
• Build and execute a training system for certified Moloco agencies
• Work cross-functionally with product, leadership, and go-to-market teams for strategic insights
• Partner with legal and financial teams to develop strategic plans and trading agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of Mobile Advertising experience, ideally in Account Management
• Experience working with performance agencies
• Experience in day-to-day campaign management
• Familiarity with big data, MMPs, mobile app ecosystem, and ad tech
• Familiarity with CTV ads and full funnel solutions
• Proficiency in Excel and Slides
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Growth-minded approach suitable for a startup environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and management interaction
