Agency Director

Responsibilities

• Pilot the performance and develop the profitability of the Lillebonne and Le Havre agencies
• Strengthen client proximity and consolidate strategic partnerships within the petrochemical and industrial sectors
• Manage and support a team of 250 employees, including Operations Managers, QHSE Managers, and Administrative Managers
• Guarantee safety and regulatory compliance across all industrial cleaning, assembly, and maintenance operations
• Drive strategic growth and activity diversification

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree or Engineering degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Unit or agency management
• Proven expertise in industrial maintenance, industrial cleaning, or waste management sectors
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams and lead change
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong strategic vision
