Agency Director or Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business units as an Agency Director or Operations Manager
• Drive business development by building local development plans and client portfolios
• Manage profit centers, including budgets, investments, and financial results
• Oversee the execution of industrial projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Recruit, lead, and develop field teams while fostering high-quality social dialogue
• Coordinate with Department and Group Directors to align local actions with group strategy

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to manage a business unit autonomously
• Proven experience in field operations and industrial project management
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
• Ability to drive business growth and maintain client relationships
