Agency Director

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical, commercial, economic, and social aspects of the agency structure
• Lead and animate the entire staff of the two agencies
• Guarantee the achievement of turnover, results, quality, and brand image objectives
• Manage a portfolio of co-ownerships
• Drive the commercial development of the structure
• Autonomously manage budgets, monitor dashboards, and ensure reporting to headquarters
• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, notaries, and developers
• Ensure synergy between different company business lines

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Real Estate Management and Law
• 10 years of experience in real estate
• Proven experience in team management
• Expertise in property administration
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Result-oriented mindset with a taste for challenges
